The Gypsy Kit Food Truck is another amazing extension of The Gypsy Kit Cafe.  The Gypsy Food Truck is the 2015 Grand Champion of the Food Truck Championships of Texas.  It boasts an ever changing menu and can be found all over town.  The truck is also  and amazing addition to any corporate get together or  ultimate party.
